The customer spends at least few hours a week in grocery stores, that is the time that he can spend with more benefits for himself and his loved ones. This is why the service has taken over such a routine thing as purchasing products and gives free time to its customers.
Service receives its first investments and a victory in the nomination "Startup of the Year-2011" according to the poll at AIN.UA.
Pickerman application developed for staff responsible for packing the orders. This application has improved the efficiency of packing, because it allows the user to access all the necessary information about the product in their phone. Delivery is available from NOVUS, METRO and Furshet supermarkets in Kyiv.
In Kyiv, the FOZZY retail chain begins cooperating with the company, and in Dnipro the service is launched with the METRO retail chain.

At the beginning of April, the Zakaz.ua product delivery service joined the social initiative of the Department of Social Policy of the Kyiv City State Administration, which was to provide with basic necessities the pensioners, large families with kids and people with special needs. During the month, Zakaz.ua assembled 1,000 grocery baskets worth UAH 1,000 each, and couriers together with social workers delivered packages to the Kyiv residents.

The kits included: bread, cereals, oil, milk, cheese, sausages, canned food, vegetable mix, sweets, toothpaste, soap, toilet paper and more. At least 30 families in different districts of Kyiv received the help daily.

The social initiative aimed to protect the most vulnerable to disease citizens from unnecessary risk.
"In April, we received hundreds of thanks from Kyiv residents, to whom we delivered the necessary products free of charge. We hope that this initiative has at least eased the self-isolation regime for many people and saved their health. In the future, we plan to launch new charitable initiatives in various formats to help those who need it most," commented Andriy Kursky, CEO of Zakaz.ua.

Еко-ініціатива Zakaz.ua стартує у Києві
Останніми роками в Україні загострюється проблема накопичення пластикових відходів на сміттєзвалищах, що загрожує поглибленням екологічної кризи. Перші кроки щодо вирішення екологічних проблем компанія Zakaz почала робити у 2018 році, коли разом з мережею гіпермаркетів METRO Cash & Carry запустила спільну акцію зі збору пластикової тари. За цей час на утилізацію та переробку обома компаніями було передано понад 640м³ поліетиленових пакетів та ПЕТ-пляшок.

З квітня поточного року Zakaz.ua запускає еко-ініціативу у Києві. Механіка надзвичайно проста: після замовлення продуктів клієнт має можливість передати кур'єру сервісу чисту пластикову тару та отримати за це індивідуальний промокод у розмірі 15 грн на наступну доставку. Таким чином, усі охочі, які замовляють продукти зі столичних супермаркетів, мають змогу не лише зекономити кошти на наступній доставці, а й долучитися до надважливої у наш час ініціативи зі зниження впливу пластику на навколишнє середовище.

Дана ініціатива працює у всіх 7-ми мережах-партнерах Zakaz.ua у Києві: Ашан, METRO, Novus, МегаМаркет, Varus, ЕКО маркет та CITYmarket.
